Just stopped in here on lunch because my tire was fairly low on air and i stopped by both the nearby 7-11 and Texaco and neither's air pump was working. They refused to take any payment for me inconveniencing them for 10 minutes. Good people.

I was really pleased with these guys as a single woman going in for a second opinion it can be stressful! They were speedy and explained everything in detail and no pressure at all!!! Ladies go here these guys are legit!

I was sad to find out a giant nail was lodged in my tire yesterday. Went to McSpadden's half expecting to have to pay a lot to have it replaced. Luckily they were able to patch it up just fine and didn't even charge me for the work. What could have been a financial set back turned out to be an easy and reliable repair. I really appreciate the quick work the McSpadden team did. If I need tire help later on, they will be the first people I call.

When I showed up they tried to charge me 500.00 more than the estimate which they had agreed to discount. The receipt & explanations of the work that was done were not very clear as if they thought I wouldn't care or understand the work that was done. However I still give them 3 stars because the work they do is solid & warrantied, I just don't like how they handle the billing; it seems a little slippery to me. More transparency would make me feel better about returning.

Dropped my car off to have the ac unit replaced. First off- they wanted to charge me 200$ just to diagnose an issue I had already knowledge of ( i had already told them from the beginning that i knew the issue from a previous mechanic, and to just replace the entire system).. they gave me an estimate for the ac and I told them to do it. Got car back, although now it was making a whining sound. I immediately took it back and explained to them. They kept the car for 2-3 days just to say they couldn't hear the sound. I need my car so I just thought the sound might be from the new a.c. unit. Some days later the battery light comes on and I decide to check the car out myself. Well, the sound obviously comes from the alternator and noticed that upon their installing of the a/c unit they did not place the belt on my alternator correctly and the belt/ components were not put back properly and now either need to readjust the belt or potentially buy a new alternator. The fact that they couldn't pick up on this in 2 days leads me to believe they are either uneducated mechanics or being negligent on purpose. They also left mine and other cars there unlocked (why?) I'm not saying they are damaging cars on purpose but also not saying they aren't doing this through negligent work. I wouldn't take my car back here, sketchy
