I was very happy with my experience at McSpadden's in Bee Cave. I made an appointment since they always seem to be busy. Within minutes of arriving and checking in the technician had my truck up on the lift. I told him I had a power steering leak, to my surprise it was the automatic transmission leaking. I was given an estimate which was a fair price. We took off for lunch and while still having lunch I got the call that the truck was done! McSpadden's was fast, fair, and honest. The 2 year/24K mile warranty gave me confidence they did the job right. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends and family.

I dropped my truck off in the morning for an oil change. 2 hours later I had an emergency come up and called to say I'd need the truck back in 3 hours to be sure it would be ready. They said no problem, but when I went to pick it up, it hadn't been touched. To make things right, they gave me a card for a free oil change, but the mix up makes it hard to want to go back.

I brought my truck to fix the air condition at this place and they tell me it will cost me $2,000 and I thought it was so expensive but then I took my truck to the dealer to fix it and they charged me $1,000 so what will you guys do I think they are so expensive, good luck when you taking your car to fix it at this place

Martin I have looked your name up in all 3 of my shops and I cannot see where you have ever been to one of my locations so I can check the estimate you received. There is no chance that McSpaddens is $1000 higher on an AC repair than the dealer so I would like to research your estimate compared to what was done and why. I assure you the dealer is not cheaper than McSpadden's. Please email me at [email protected] so I can get to the bottom of your issue. Super speedy battery change out - I was in and out in 25 minutes on a Saturday afternoon. Reasonable pricing, comfortable chairs and good wifi in the waiting room. I'll be back for sure!

I work second shift at work. It was thanksgiving week and I had put off getting my oil changed for my car because hitting the snooze on my alarm seemed the better option. I stopped at my local gas station to get my morning munchies and realized y'all were across the street. Not only that but y'all were within walking distance to where I work. I walked right in, dropped off my car and got to work on time. Even though I dont have a cell phone due to the fact I like not being found, my email worked just fine. I was emailed promptly and pick her up on my lunch break. I made it to my families thanksgiving feast and because of my experience y'all made a customer for life. Thanks again!!!!!

Taillight failed with moisture I noticed two or three weeks after I had it repaired here at this McSpadden's Automotive. The manager woman tried to tell me that it was a seal that wore out and how she "sees it all the time". However, Not only was she completely unwilling to admit to a possibility of impropper install might have possibly occurred nor admit how lopsided the taillight was set, she essentially tried to dismiss me after insinuating I was a liar. Clearly the light is set in improper. "SHABBY INSTALL!". Manager insist that it was due to a worn seal... after 2 or three weeks? Employees and manager say it is impossible to install incorrectly; which makes it that much the worse. Look closely for yourself. Seeing is believing! "SHABBY INSTALL!" AND POSSIBLY "Shabby Part"? OVER $250 including over $30 to install 2 nuts, a bolt and a screw IMPROPERLY! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU WANT THE BEST FOR YOU AND YOUR FAMILY!

The staff is not friendly and they kept my car for a long time. The cost was 2,000$ to fix my broken a.c. fan and when I finally got my car back the check engine light came on again just two days later.

Such great customer service, so friendly, fast and really nice waiting area. We had a tire with a bolt and a washer in it and everywhere was a 3 hour wait till we found this place. They close at 1230 on Saturdays, we got there around 12 and they had us out at 1220 and they gave us a great deal!! We will be loyal customers with their amazing service. Thanks for making this weekend even better!
