Excellent Customer Skills in communicating with the honesty and integrity that is lacking in so many businesses today. I am very pleased with the work John McSpadden’s shop did.

Everyone at MsSpadden’s is helpful, efficient and attentive. I feel like I am well taken care of when I call and bring my car in for repairs.

This has probably been the most laughably bad experience with a business I have ever had. I've been bringing my car here for over a year and the past 6 months with the place has been awful. Since I go to college 2 hours away I can only bring it on holidays, and I never wanted to take it anywhere else because the people here have me on file and are more familiar with my car. A while ago my tags expired around December, so I brought it in to get new ones and fix a check engine light. They find the problem and I end up having to pay more than $800 to fix it which sucks but it's alright. However, they didn't have enough time to run all the sensors and do the inspection. Since my winter break was coming to an end that weekend I couldn't leave my car there. The very next day my check engine light comes back on. I'm pretty understanding so I'm thinking that there's a second problem or something they didn't see. A few more months pass and here we are now, I bring my car in over my spring break, and they call me to say I need new hoses or something. This visit ends up costing me $760, which again sucks but I understand. They replace the hoses and the next day once again the light comes on. Once again, I take my car back and the next day I get a call. So it turns out the problem with my car the whole time had nothing to do with the hoses. The real issue with my car was that THEY forgot to put in a plug or something into the part they replaced during my first visit in December that cost me $800. Because of THEIR mistake I ended up spending and extra $760 on things I probably didn't even need. The only thing they did to compensate, was test drive my car for "free". The reason I put free in air quotes is because they apparently drive my car 200 miles but couldn't get the sensors to trigger, and the best part is... They left me with nearly an empty tank. So to compensate for spending a unnecessary $760 they saved my a $50 test drive but it cost around $50 to fill my tank. And to top it all off they still couldn't do my inspection. Worst service ever.

Very helpful and professional. Took the time to explain everything to us. Couldn’t be more pleased. Thank you.

Very helpful staff and they wasted no time getting my repairs done. I was in and out for my 120k-related maintenance in under a day.

I had called a few days ago to make an appointment for a state inspection. I was told that inspections were on a first come basis. I was also told that it would take 20-30 minutes and the shop opened at 7:00 AM. I planned my morning so that I could arrive before 7:00 and be done by 7:30AM. Upon arriving at 6:45 AM, the lights were on, the doors were all open, and the “Open” sign was brightly lit. The person at the front counter working on the computer asked what I needed and I replied that I needed a state inspection. Without looking up, he said that was fine and that I could come back in a few hours to pick up my car. I explained that I had been told that it would only take 20 minutes and since I was the first customer, I had planned on waiting. In addition, I did not have a ride. Again, barely looking up from the computer, he said that he did not have any inspectors in yet. I asked what time they come in and was told 7:30. I asked why I was told to come at 7:00, he bluntly replied that they start at 7:00 except on Monday. When l said I would have to rearrange my schedule for another day, he just continued to tap on his keyboard. He did not offer any further suggestion or ask if I could wait until 7:30. He obviously did not care what I did at that point. As a longtime customer, l had made an effort to return in spite of now living further away. That “customer loyalty “ built up over several years, was erased in less than a minute. It appears that McSpadden’s is too busy to care.

Gary, My apologies for the inconvenience!! If you have not already had the state inspection done please reach out to me at [email protected] ASAP and I will get you accommodated! I will speak to management because McSpadden’s is never too busy for its customers. We are not perfect people but we do our best!! Again, my apologies! Raymond McSpadden

I called the day before and spoke to Ryan to schedule an appointment for oil change. Upon arriving, I was warmly greeted with by name by Ryan and the other person at the desk. I have been a customer of McSpadden’s for a few years now and have grown to appreciate the pride your company employees display to treat me the way they would want to be treated if they were a customer. I highly recommend McSpadden’s because they provide knowledgeable and professional personnel and friendly customer service.
