Owner treats loyal customers like criminals when getting warranty work done. Sad because the rest of the employees are amazing.
Hey Nike, We did not treat you like a criminal. We were polite and reasonable through the intire process. We are waiting on you to ship the parts to us since your in Colorado. Since you were out of town when you had an issue we paid for 1/2 the repair because there was not enough evidence to support your problem so we asked for you to ship the parts to us so we could make sense of an issue that we could have had nothing to do with. We did pay 1/2 up front as good faith but we have not seen any parts from you! McSpaddens will stand behind there work but your situation is not adding up. Something is very suspicious and if you want to attack me for trying to be fair and responsible when your situation doesn’t make sense then I am sorry!
