It’s been like a roller coaster with this location. The first time I needed a part replaced. We had a lot of miscommunication about the price which was very frustrating. Then the owner called me personally and got it all fixed at no charge to myself. They were very professional and apologetic about it. So, I was willing to give them a second chance when my O2 sensor needed to be replaced. They did the replacement fine. But then I got charged TWICE on my card and when I called, they were very unresponsive about it. So I kept calling until they finally said they don’t see a double charge in their end. I have clarified with my bank that a double charge did in-fact, happen. So now I have to dispute this. Definitely not a reliable location.
